Why we are building Pearlcrest Care, and the standard we are holding ourselves to in Surrey.
The homecare sector has real problems and they are not secret. Staff turnover is high, consistency is poor, and the people who deliver care are often not given the support or recognition their work deserves.
We are not here to criticise everyone else. We are here to do it differently.
Pearlcrest Care is built on the belief that if you take care of the people who deliver care, they will take care of the people who need it. That means investing in training, building proper careers, and creating an organisation that people want to work for and with.
We are new. We are registering with the CQC. We are building our team carefully. And we are starting in Surrey because this is where we want to put down roots, not because it is a convenient market.
